Hello class! How are you? I hope you're fine after this break we have had last week... At least it was useful for some of you to complete your homework.
Last class we continued working with the FUTURE SIMPLE to talk about life in the future. We read some short text which imagined life in the future and then we talked about the main ideas depicted in that text. These are the main ones:
- smart houses
- solar energy and recycled water
- robots
- electric cars
- people living on the Moon and Mars
- climate control
Then you were practising somesome questions with the structure WILL YOU ........ ?
The in the second part of the class I decided to treat you like adult people and we started listening a novel. First we introduced the author and the main character and then we listened to the first chapter. It was ok, Let's see next day.
For homework I want you to prepare a short presentation about Conan Doyle and his famous detective Sherlock Holmes... Please: DON'T FORGET
